Having a get together tomorrow for around 20 guys. A pretty basic bbq, meat and things to grab and eat in a bun so you dont have to put your beer down.
Thought I'd get a headstart and whack the beef cheeks and pork shoulder in today. Porks rubbed with mustard and Mad Hunky GP and the beef cheeks got a rub over with some of Kakulas Morrocan rub. Both will end up pulled with a sauce to go with them, Bulgogi on the cheeks and another korean Galbi one for the bbq pork .
Will chuck some ribs and chicken drumsticks on tomorrow to fill out our meat fix.
A heap of fresh buns and a bit of coleslaw, corn on the cob and some potato bombs (thanks Grillnoob) should have us covered.
