Recently I've been trying a lot of injections, brines and different spritzes with different results. But to be honest, the basic rubbed shoulder is still my go to. With me working a lot the lady has requested I stock the freezer up with packs of pulled pork again, and hey... There's worse ways for me to spend my time off
So this one is my go to basic, Mad hunky GP rub in the Traeger using GMG gold blend. No spritz and no crutch except for a 2hr hold at the end wrapped in towels.
I actually cooked a mirror version a few days ago but have been slack taking pics, that one was so tasty I decided to share it this time.
