It's a 'Tray baked sumac chicken with cauliflower, feta and olives'.
So damn easy, so rewarding. Threw a light peach smoke over the top. The greens was Kale, which with the seasoning it was so delicious, the contrast of the moist chicken with the crispy seasoned kale
