Hi my name is Woodsy and I have for sometime been cooking on a BabyQ and recently started experimenting with some Brazilian charcoal cooking and open fire cooking.
When I get some photos of my open fire cooking I will place it up on the forum. in the meantime keen to hear any advice on this style of cooking.
