Huge outdoor area for the one I'm looking at seriously.
Are you thinking what I'm thinking B1?

Thanks Steve, I wish it was shorter

I love the bit where everything spiraled out of control and this went from being a food trailer to where we are now - the catering department of a medium sized stadium

Nah, it wouldn't be half the story without some trials and tribulations along the way.

Hi
I am going to wait for a year or 18 months then visit Canberra. I will just have to see the final result for myself.

Coupla weeks gone since last report. And a bit has changed.
The beast is getting its skin. A little tip for young players. If you're going to box something in, start with the box and put the stuff inside
So the skin goes on this week and as my mate Pete is going to Peru indefinitely Monday week, it has to be fully sorted before I'm on my own.Ecommerce site Mark I is pretty close to being ready to launch.
The menu items have been nailed down so that's good. Because I'm planning multiple channels I was looking for a restaurant/catering management system and was recommended Cooking the Books. It's pretty complex, a whole new paradigm of convoluted thinking.
I bought the kitchen but I realised I need a place to put it. As it's 40' and fitted out the normal places couldn't either fit or unload/load so right now it's in a transport storage yard and I'm paying $20 a DAY! storage fees. I thought I had a really great place but the landlord is even slower than me getting it ready for occupation and won't sign a lease or even a heads of agreement until he's ready.
It is a lovely rustic shed with a dirt yard, absolutely perfect for what I want to do. It's been cleared since this pic was taken but the big issue is getting the electricity ready. I just want to get four pads down to I can place the shed and get the grease trap installed. The plan is for it to be Fiesta Central. A mulit-use space that should take care of every available waking moment. My builder has a contact in the demountable building scene and I'm reasonably confident that I can find a cheapish amenities block.
Things are progressing but the flow is still one way ATM
