Cape Naturaliste Beef Brisket

How big was it? What's it weigh?
Is it just the pic or does it seem to have a reasonable size point on it?
Be interested to hear your thoughts after eating.

Never thought to cook a big piece of meat up on the extender grate before
-
4.9kg, I find it easier to cook up on the extender these days and have a drip tray on the grill.
@Wazza the point looked rather normal before it went on, but it was 3am so my eyes could be playing tricks on me, now that it is 10 hours in the point looks to have 'puffed' up a bit
I am just about to pull it off now, separate the point and flat and turn the point into burnt ends.
Expect more photos soon.

OK so it ended up being just over 10 hours cooking time, pulled the brisket off and separated the point and the flat to wrap individually and hold in the esky full of towels, have guests due around 1730 - 1800, already made the coleslaw and bacon + egg chipotle potato salad so now its time for me to kick back and drink some beer before prepping the burnt ends around 1600.

Are these grass or grain finished?
-
From what I understand, and that's not very much by my own admission, this is a Harvey Beef product and I believe they only produce grass fed beef.
@Ray C should be able to confirm though.
-
I think Harvey Beef does some grain finished beef! Was at their web site and saw a 100 day Grain fed Skirt Steak and wish I had some to grill for tacos right now!
