woolies have turkey hind quarters which are good. Something like 2.3kg for around $8, can't remember exact numbers but it works out at $3.50 kg. Coles are more expensive for them.
They are great to have during the year.

Legs down here at about $5.99 at woolies or iga none at coles here. I love it as they need bugger all prep, just chuck em on an cook! I do turk at least once a week.

My next experiment is to sous vide some turkey marland, maybe even confi, and then into the weber GA for some hot coal action, just need to find out how long and what temp. Also one thing I want to check is how accurate the temps are with the Anova
