First ever attempt at pulled pork on the Akorn for tomorrow's chrissy brunch with the family, probably could of picked a better cut of meat than a woolies deboned shoulder (the butcher really butchered it bigtime) but for a first attempt can't really complain.
~7 odd hours at ~260F, foiled once I hit 165F internal and ended up at a touch over 200 before I took it off...should of been earlier but as I had to run out the door to pick the wife up from work it was sitting right at 190 so went above what I wanted by the time I got home again.
Looks a touch dryish in the shot but had lots of moisture still in it.
