Gave the hanger another run in the Akorn yesterday. This time to do a quick roast chicken.
Rubbed it down with a basic rub, filled the cavity with some herbs and then hung it for around an hour. Also chucked some spuds rubbed in oil and some spices in foil and threw them in with the bird. Served with some homemade coleslaw made with homemade mayo.
Probably the juiciest, tastiest chicken I've ever eaten. Will be cooking my chicken like this more often now!
