Booga dropped us off a couple of crays a while back and Jan was keen to have a bit of bbq crayfish. (thanks Booga) Nothing really fancy, just gave them a smear of some Cafe de Paris butterwe had in the freezer and a quick grilling on the gasser.
In hindsight the way I prepped them by removing the bottom part of the shell didn't really work for me as they tended to curl up way too much. Perhaps a skewer through the meta might have helped but next time I'd do it in the medallion style Booga showed once at a BBQ.
