Uuni 2s is really a great design for portable.
Its high temperature is maintained by continuously burning pellet.
The side closest to the burner faces highest temperatue and this section may be burnt to char.
The other side far from burner may be not hot enough to have undercooked dough.
Usually the cooker needs to turn the pizza in the middle of baking.
I come to a suggestion:
put in a turnable round plate/table, made from steel.
weld a short axle at the center of plate
drill a hole on bottom of Uuni 2s and let the axle to come out.
This way you can turn the plate slowly and continuously without opening door of Uuni 2s.
the pizza sits on the plate
Furthermore you can add a rotisserie motor driven by a car battery
My question:
Is this necessary

I don't own a Uuni, but it seems like a good idea to rotate the stone.
There is massive heat in the Uuni so the turntable base would need to thick enough to not warp.
I'd think it is just the cost and weight that stopped them from doing it.
The Uuni Pro is on Indigogo at the moment. That looks good!
Oven floor is 45 x 45 x 21cm High
Can run a Wood, Charcoal or Pellet Fire (and has a gas burner option)....No Rocket burner yet, if it had a Rocket stove type burner as well, it would be almost perfect!

I am using a 5mm thick stainless steel plate on my wood pizza oven.
It is strong enough to keep flat.
But it is heavy too, and I do not sell it abroad due to high shipping cost -
the last pictue is steel plate of 5mm
I also add a wall to pizza top directly from flame.
By this design you need to add wood from front door,
and you need to remove steel plate first
I may need to open a door on the back side to add wood -

The Uuni Pro has a door at the back to load wood or charcoal, it is also where the pellet burner and hopper clip onto the body of the oven.

My main difference is turnable table.
I will use a different burner, burner size changable (adjustable) to suit for pellet, charcoal, wood chunks
