G'day all,
I've been doing a bit of searching for some wooden handles for my Weber Go Anywhere. I've seen the ones made in the US and they look good, but the exchange rate isn't favourable at the moment. Is there anyone in Australia that makes replacement wooden handles?
Thanks for looking,
Steve

Kettle. Keep old wooden handle or replace?
Check this thread, not sure if the WGA has the same handles as the Kettle, but you might be able to find something.

All single screw handles from weber fit kettles, go anywhere, smokey joes and smokey mountains.
Wood, plastic, are all interchangeable.
Perhaps keep your eyes on gumtree for a cheap one with good handles and change them over, then order some new plastic ones from Weber McDonald and sell the parts pilfered weber on gumtree

I had a look through that thread, the replacement handles are the ones from the US sites that I referred to. Very nice looking, but not viable with the value of the AU Sheckle

Good tip Bear, but I haven't seen a Weber kettle for sale on gumtree around my area ever and there's never any on the council clean up days either , I'll keep looking though.

I thought I read the guy who made the wooden handles was in South Aus.
Might be tripping too...

You might be confused. The guy that makes them is in the US, there is a guy that live in SA that bought some though..... :p -
Old thread I know - But a continual issue for Weber lovers...
I have just launched https://kettlehandles.com/ for Aussie made and sent from the Gold Coast...
Might be worth a look? -
I think you put in the wrong URL as it goes to the "other forum" and not your website.

Silly duffer me - Thanks for noticing! - All fixed!

does anyone know if you can get these for the Weber Q's? The handles would look great on it

That would seem a bit pointless to me. Different type of handle too.
