Start by looking at the Hark Tri-Fire.
1. It will grill either in the fire box for small meals or in the main chamber for larger meals
2. It roasts (as I did in mine last night with 2.5kg pork and veggies for 9 people)
3. It will do low and slow, although like any wood fire, it takes time to tend and keep it at a constant temperature.
4. It has a rotisserie attachment. e.g. You can do a roti chicken inside the main chamber with charcoal underneath but still have a small fire in the fire box as well, making it like a roti oven.
Cost is $699 plus delivery. https://urbangriller.com.au/shop/charcoal-…-offset-smoker/
If you want to spend more, have a look at this baby https://urbangriller.com.au/shop/charcoal-…set-bbq-smoker/
Both of the above cook great meals and are lots of fun to play with.
Hope that helps.
Cheers will check it out,! Was looking at this one earlier and she looked pretty sexy

Yep, very sexy indeed. That's the one from the second link I posted. Have a chat to Chris (Urban Griller) about it and if you are in Perth, go around and see him fire it up.
Have you seen this thread ...... Hark Pro Smoker
I will do, I think that one is love at first sight, I have about a week left at work, so when I get back all going well I think that is going to look rather good in the backyard with a roast and a beer!

Nice choice there Tristan. Haven't cooked on one but have had a stickybeak at them at UrbanGrillers and they look a very good solid unit. I think if you mucked around a bit with the firebox setup you could have a pretty good mini pizza oven by using the door strut to hold it up and fabricating a couple of side bits to fill the gaps.
Cheers, Wayne
Yep I was already sold but I think that has just locked me in! Looks sensational !!

Man, that just makes me hungry
aw man, now I feel bad for not firing mine up this weekend... I just wasn't home to do it though...
You can't go wrong with the Hark I think. Great value for money. I have it's smaller sibling the Tri-Fire and love the food it turns out. The Pro-Pit is probably the best bang for buck offset on the market for that price.
a little birdy tells me that Tristan picked up his new offset yesterday.
24 hours later and still no pics?
Come on Tristan, come on, come on!
Cheers, Wayne
