  • Wow, after looking at the video & seeing the actual size of the bag which apparently contains 20kg I wonder just how much moisture content has been left in the charcoal, surely it's almost impossible for a bag of that size to contain 20kg of "properly processed" charcoal!

  • It will be interesting to see if this lump is ok. That will mean Bunnings has two lines of ok priced lump people can buy which makes charcoal cooking cheaper and more accessible to people, especially in country areas.

  • bought a bag of this today. Looks and feels good but i didnt inspect every piece and havent cooked with it yet.

Lump was generally good size with not too much crap or crumb. Will put some photos up tomorrow for size comparison.
Bag dimensions are 75cm×50cm×40cm and packs a fair bit. Well 20kgs actually.

My possessions: GMG DB - Ziggy Triple

Did you check the lower part of the bag? That's where all the broken and smaller bits will be. The tops are generally ok.

Does it say on the bag where the charcoal came from ? I'm thinking imported.
