Hey guys. I am going to try some more chicken on the DB tonight and looking to cook some veg too.
I have never brined chicken so thought, why not. Does it help if it's a fast cook?
My intention is to put some smoke over everything for an hour or so at about 65c then take it off and turn up to about 180c chuck on the veg for 30 or so minutes and then put the chicken back on until it is cooked.
No fancy rubs, just S&P and some lemon maybe.
Hoping this way will let me cook the veg like it was in an oven.
Any suggestions for making this a better fast cook on the grill?
Will also post pics once cooked.
