Too say that meat looks succulent would be a massive understatement.

Nice! I bought a pork leg earlier today. I think this weekend might be time for my Cyprus grill to see some of this action.

Are you going to cook it on the spit?

No, mines actually a bit of neck so kamado again and I'll pull it.

The Cyprus Grill are such a versatile cook unit by the look of them. I think I need one in my life. My spit is a 40kg unit. It turns slow and only one direction. Great for small beast's and large cuts but not for say Perri Perri chicken which I believe would be better for a faster spin.

I was motivated by the thought of standing next to it for warmth.

Yep, I love mine. A few things to note that I've learnt from my unit:
- I love the variable speed 20kg motor
- I love the height adjustable ss grill
- I wish I could choose the spin direction
- I've found the non height adjustable small spinning skewers on the bottom to be not very useful
- very happy with the 5 larger spits, but if I use a basket or a decent piece of meat on one spit this might impact on the ones nearby, often limiting the overall concurrent spits in action. Not a major issue for me though. For reference I have the CG8000A with a few extras...
