• I'm sure I said I would never bother with a small brisket again..
    I've been keen on doing a Snake method in my kettle BBQ for ages and have toyed with idea of just lighting one up to see how she goes but something felt wrong about that. A lit BBQ and no meat. ??
    So last week I picked up a 2kg brisket to test this.


    I will be doing this many many times in the future. It was controlled, manageable, variable and just works a treat.
    Any way. here's the meat.
    Not bad really. I went on feel more that temp.

    Jumbuck 7 burner with hood. Baby Weber kettle. 52" Kettle. Weber Go Anywhere. 5' SS Spit rotisserie. Offset smoker. Akorn Kamado. :) ASMOKE AS500N. Hibachi.:bbq:
