Spring has sprung
The grass has riz
I wonder where the birdies is?
Yep It's Spring so time to dust off the BBQ's. Wazzas post about sitting around watching a slab of meat sizzling away on the grill sounds like a great idea to take advantage of the warmer weather.
Our Challenge this month is going to be based on Grilling. A nice and easy method ( unless you're Wazza ) that should have dinner on the table before nightfall. No long Low and slows for this one, think lovely Spring Lamb Chops, Juicy Chicken pieces with that bit of char around the edges, Snags all the different types and flavours, Tofu Fish grilled on a cedar plank or Prawns slapped on the grill in their shells. Yumm! Plenty of options to put up a tasty feed for the family amongst that lot.
On to the rules.......
- Your Entry must be Grilled on a bbq for its whole cooking time.
- Can be any food you like.
- Must have a pic of it cooking on the Grill.
- Control pic must have a sign with "SPRING" in it. (Control pic is needed to show that your entry was cooked for the Challenge.)
- Multiple entries allowed
- Challenge ends Midnight Sunday 1st November.
