Have some friends coming for dinner. Chucked a bone in butt and a half brisket flat on the bullet about 80mins ago . Thought I would share my cook
Butt Rub is base of Suklebusters Sweet heat and a liberal coating of my own. Brisket is Suklebusters SPG (which is amazing).
Charcoal is mix of Kingsford and heat beads coconut shell. Wood is mostly apple with a chunk or two of Black Wattle.
