As the title says, are you doing something exciting for Xmas break?
Lets hear what you are up to, besides the usual catching up with family and friends reply.
I am not up to anything exciting so hopefully can live vicariously through you guys/gals.

Yes, Yes, Yes! I'm going top sleep in!.....and my phone won't ring all day!
I wish I could tell you I had some great adventure or plans to do something...it will probably be go down to the woods and do some clearing, then over to sister Karen's house for Christmas supper!
in the US you celebrate xmas eve rather than xmas day?

I'll call ya Chris just so you won't feel lonely
I'll be enjoying sleeping in past 4am and putting in a new laundry to keep the wife happy. I love painting in hot weather...
I guess it just depends on the family. We did both growing up, but I would venture to guess that most celebrate on Christmas Day. We have not exchanged gifs for over 30 years...So it is about God, family and food more now then ever!

...you can try that!
Start the day with champagne a large breakfast of all sorts heart gripping treats. Open some prezzies. have a laugh. A bit of a nap. Beer, finish off a couple of cooks for the Xmas lunch, then eat enjoying some nice wine. Have a swim. Drink some beer, eat some more. Drink whiskey, eat some more and fall asleep.
All while telling bad jokes and having a great time with family.
sounds like your coming to my place captain except for the whiskey it's Rum here.
I'm going to Captain's place.

Our routine is home for Chrissy and relo’s for Boxing Day but then it’s up to Hervey Bay for our annual week over New Years. Can’t wait!
Going to be a busy day at Captains by the sound of it.
Someone bring the Deviled Eggs.
Working but with a bbq onboard but no
Hopefully some time off, other than main days.
Would like to get to use the new pellet smoker some more.
And time with friends and enemies.
Ohh and Merry Christmas to all.
Cheers to a new year.
My annual picked pork glazed with something which I haven't decided on yet. That's for lunch with family, although my dear mum passed away last week so it will be hard. Night time it's tea at our place again but with the my boys and their wives.....and now the grandchildren who are just starting to work out what it's all about. Happy days.
Condolences Gumb.
