4th Cook on the Traeger Pro 22 - just used an old favourite of mine - the Traeger Recipe for Pork tenderloins out of the book.
Basically a marinade of Whole Grain Mustard, Honey, Mayonaise, Parsley and seasoning.
Set the cooker for 325f and cook for 40 mins
I purposefully put one of the tenderloins on the grill where the Junior would burn the ends (back and to the right)
I checked it at 30 mins and it was a little under - at 40 mins it was around 69c
I did use a butane torce to enhance them a bit - this is normal for me at these temps.
They were really nice - juicy and tastey - and evenly cooked
