Hi.
Having not done any smoked salmon for near on 12 months ( why I am not sure) was inspired to give some a go after ColMack did some here recently.
The difference this time for me was the addition of the beetroot, which we all agree here has really added some extra colour this time.
And the other difference was the traeger pellet smoker v's gas which has been my previous cooks.
pleased with this outcome.
