Beef Eye Fillets on the Traeger today - the weather is too crispy to light charcoal so I thought I would go for a low temp cook and then raise the temp.
Rubbed with the usual pepper kibble and salt.
Cooked at 107c for around 20 mins and then raised the cook temp to high while the meat temp rose to 48c = 40 min cooks time.
Rested for around 15 mins - quite moist and lots of lavour!
