It's my turn to cook so it's Seafood tonight at the Beachshack and thought we'd try something newish so off across the Interweb for some twists on Salmon and Prawns...
Crispy Skin Salmon is always a winner at our place so that bit was easy. Pat dry and score the skin add a good sprinkle of salt to get the skin dry.
While fossicking around I tripped over a spiced mango recipe that looked pretty tasty. Spices are cloves, cinnamon, dry mustard, chilli powder and ginger
Hmmm Prawns? We like the Singapore style ones in the shell where you get really messy peeling the prawns in the sauce and end up with it everywhere. We turned up a prawn recipe and adapted a little to suit and off down to the BBQ Hootchie we went.
Cheers, Wayne
