Hi Pete, i've fixed up the pictures which weren't added to the post but now all good. You have to select whether you add them as a thumbnail or full pic - check out the instruction video in the help section.
Otherwise, good effort on the Pro Pit.

I love cooking on my Pro Pit!...just runs like a dream! What did you use for fire??

I just used heat beads and fed pieces of hickory to it for the first couple of hours I actually used your pulled pork recipes from the Hark tri fire guide as the basis just didn't cook it as far got it to we'll done at 77c and tasted really good

You really need to push on well past that temp and get it up to 92c+, then rest in foil for a couple of hours. You won't believe how good it is then.

Yeah saw in Chris recipes it said 95 but in his cooking guide it said 77 for well done as it was getting late I thought if I took it at 77 I could slice it but knew I wouldn't be able to pull it apart but next run definitely going for the higher temp and will allow lot more time but this is how you learn I guess get out there and do it.

That's the difference between Prime cuts and Secondary cuts....generally Secondary is from the Front end of the animal and those cuts are Low and Slow.
