Rubbed with franks hot sauce, then a generous coating of Black Ops Brisket rub, and a bit of S&P
Cooked in the ProQ frontier at ~250 (grate temp was ~260) for 6.5 hrs, rested for 1. They probably could've used another hour on the Q - but the result was pretty good.
