Hi all, been using the Weber Genesis to turn out sown fantastic pizza recently. Getting the plate hot, the shutting off the heat on the plate side and cooking with only the first burner on. Works great and you get a nice blistered crunchy base.
This was with passata base, tiger prawns, chilli, boccancini, basil, mushrooms, pizza cheese, cherry tomatoes, bacon. Next time I'll remember to put the basil on After the cooking!
