Yep been a long week it's all getting crazier the closer to Xmas we get, but so keen to fire up the pro pitt for my second cook this weekend gonnav give ribs a go been doin plenty of reading so ordered my ribs from the butcher with plenty of meat still on them So I've rubbed and wrapped them put em in the fridge ready for tomorrow and on Sunday I'm having a crack at Jerky!
