used some of the leftovers from yesterday's low n slow to make pizza in the new Akorn tonight.
Left over lamb and leftover pumpkin with some red onion, feta and mozzarella on top of home made pizza sauce and dough.
Had planned to add roast capsicum to it too but forgot to pick it up when I was at the shops
The Akorn is great for pizza. Each one was done in probably 4 - 5 minutes.
Already been requested by the other half to make them again tomorrow.
