Hi Guys,
I've got a nice leg of lamb for Aussie day tomorrow that i've been asked to cook to take over to a friends, the plan is to stick it on the weber rotisserie in the morning, foil it and pop it in an Esky and then take it across for lunch.
I usually play very safe with leg of lamb and do the usualy garlic, rosemary, EVOO paste and stud the leg with garlic cloves but i'm looking for something a little different.
Does anyone have any ideas for leg of lamb that's a little different / unusual from the tried and tested rosemary, garlic and evoo combo?
